Wind Energy Planning & Electrical Services in Midcoast Maine

Small wind can be worth exploring on a suitable exposed site. The first step is an honest look at the resource, the tower location, the utility or battery connection, and the access needed to maintain it.

Good exposure matters more than a windy afternoon.

A farm field or coastal property may feel windy while buildings, trees, and terrain disturb the flow at the proposed turbine. We review the information available and identify what a qualified wind-resource or tower specialist needs to confirm. We do not predict annual production from a photograph or a brief site impression.

Plan for the tower, foundation, setbacks, wire route, maintenance access, and nearby land uses. A roof-mounted turbine is not the default: DOE identifies building vibration and turbulent airflow as concerns. Tower and structural work require a separately confirmed specialist scope.

What the paid review includes

Each review covers one property and one system approach, your submitted information, a phone or video discussion of up to 30 minutes, and a written concept roadmap. We identify promising options, unresolved questions, and the next useful steps before you commit to equipment.

Contact Red Sky before paying so we can confirm the scope. Site measurement, stamped engineering, permits, structural or civil work, utility fees, equipment, and installation are separate. Recommendations depend on the quality of the information provided; a review may find that the project is not a good fit.
