This plan is intended for owner-occupied residential properties in Red Sky at Night Electric’s normal service area. It creates a regular touchpoint for catching concerns early and planning improvements before they become emergencies.
Clear boundaries keep the plan useful
Repairs, replacement parts, deep heat-pump cleaning, after-hours or emergency response, and additional equipment are not included. Additional indoor heads can be added at a fixed price. Membership is preventive maintenance and priority access—not insurance, a warranty, or unlimited repair coverage. Final terms are provided at enrollment.
