Solar Energy Planning & Electrical Services in Midcoast Maine

Plan solar around the building, the available sun, and the loads you actually want to serve. Explore a conventional utility-connected array, independent solar power, or a battery-backed system with planned outage operation.

A roof is one option. A useful energy plan comes first.

For a Midcoast home, workshop, farm, or small business, we start with current electricity use, future equipment, and room for the array. Roof condition, shading, ground space, and the route back to the electrical service are all part of the discussion. Do not buy panels before the building and connection approach have been reviewed.

Winter operation deserves its own conversation. Seasonal sun, snow on an array, and the heating loads you expect to serve must be considered alongside annual electricity use. A battery does not turn an undersized winter energy supply into an unlimited source.

What the paid review includes

Each review covers one property and one system approach, your submitted information, a phone or video discussion of up to 30 minutes, and a written concept roadmap. We identify promising options, unresolved questions, and the next useful steps before you commit to equipment.

Contact Red Sky before paying so we can confirm the scope. Site measurement, stamped engineering, permits, structural or civil work, utility fees, equipment, and installation are separate. Recommendations depend on the quality of the information provided; a review may find that the project is not a good fit.
